Arkansas has been working with state and community partners to engage youth in developing HIV/STD/Teen pregnancy prevention messages by utilizing technology. Students decide on the message they wish to develop, do all of the research, and then put the information into a project (video, poster, etc.) utilizing technology. With lots of lessons learned, we have some prevention messages that will be disseminated to Arkansas schools. We will be developing mini lesson plans to help guide teachers in utilizing the information in classrooms.
